File Upload
Notes: Records must be in Open, Active, Inactive, Duplicated, In Service, Out of Service or Decommissioned status in order to upload files.
In the File Repository, you can upload different types of files. As shown in the following figure, there are two (2) ways to upload files into the data depository.
Drag and Drop
Click Option To Upload a File

To sync the file list, press the sync icon
. The system will synchronize and display the Files List.

Tips
Only files with the following extensions can be uploaded: .avi, .bmp, .csv, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .mov, .mp3, .mp4, .mpp, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .rar, .rtf, .txt, .vsd, .vsdx, .xls, .xlsx and .zip.
The maximum file size allowed is 100MB.
The maximum simultaneous upload is 5 files.
File Upload Actions and Training
Actions and Trainings must be in Pending, or In Process status in order to upload files.
In the attachment section for actions and trainings, you can upload different types of files. As shown in the following figure, there are two (2) ways to upload a file into the data depository.

File Management
Press the vertical ellipsis icon
, as shown in the following figure, and a drop-down menu will be displayed where you will find the options to handle your files.

Options may vary depending on the file type.
