Batch Records Management

Description

The Batch Record Management form allows users to create, track, and manage batch records essential for production consistency, traceability, and regulatory compliance. It provides a structured workflow to define, review, and approve batch records, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are accurately documented and controlled. Users can register new batch records, update revisions, track approval status, and maintain records of superseded documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. This form enhances traceability, facilitates audits, and supports adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by maintaining accurate and up-to-date batch documentation.

Access the Bath Records Management

• Step #1: Move your cursor to the "MODULE" tab located in the top-left corner of the screen.

• Step #2: In the drop-down menu that appears, hover over "Manufacturing Control Management". This will expand a new menu displaying the following modules:

  • Batch Records

• Step #3: Pass your cursor over "Batch Records". Another drop-down menu will appear, showing the forms available within this module.

• Step #4: Select the "Batch Records Management" option from the drop-down menu to access the form.
