The Counters Dashboard provides a clear overview of documents at different stages of their lifecycle, from creation to approval and revision tracking. It offers categorized statistics, allowing users to monitor document progress and ensure timely updates.
The dashboard includes the following key counters:
Open, Under Review, Approved, and Effective: Displays the count of documents in each status, providing insights into their current workflow stage.
Upcoming Revision: Tracks documents with revision due dates expiring within the next 30 days, helping users prepare for timely updates. These documents will also appear in their respective status categories (Open, Under Review, Approved, or Effective).
Overdue Revisions: Highlights documents with overdue revision dates that require immediate attention.
These counters help users maintain compliance, stay on top of document revisions, and ensure that all experimental projects remain up to date. To learn more about each status, .
Each counter provides the following information:
Record Count: The total number of records associated with the specific status.
Percentage: The proportion of records that the count represents, displayed as a percentage.
Active Status Indicator: When a status is selected, a blue bar appears beneath the counter, indicating that this is the currently active status being viewed.
Each displayed record card contains the following information:
Record Name: The title of the record.
Record Number: The unique identifier for the record.
Revision: The revision number of the incident.
Version: The version number of the incident.
Record Type: Specifies the type of record, such as Experimental Projects.
Owner: Indicates the person responsible for the record.
Start Date: The date the current status of the record was initiated in the system.
Next Revision Date: When a document has a revision due date, the system visually tracks the remaining days until the revision is due with a countdown indicator:
Red: The revision date has passed or is due today.
Orange: The revision date is within the next 30 days but more than 5 days away.
Green: The revision date is more than 30 days away.
Notes:
If a document has a custom Next Revision Date, the due date becomes visible as soon as the document enters the Open status.
If a document is assigned a Revision Frequency, the system displays the due date once the document reaches the Approved status.
The counters offer a variety of filtering options to customize the displayed data. These filters adjust the count values based on the selected parameters, allowing for customized views. Records are filtered based on their creation date, and you can refine this process further using the Time Interval (Days, Months, Quarters, or Years) and the Time Range.
Available Filtering Options:
Time Interval: Choose parameters such as Days, Months, Quarters, or Years to group data into manageable intervals.
Time Range: Define a specific range of dates to narrow down the records displayed.
The icon is used to view the record. Clicking it redirects you to the record’s detailed view within the system.
The icon is used to view the approval activities associated with the record. When clicked, the system displays a chronological history of all record-related activities within the workflow.

Reset all applied filters and restore the default view.
