Filter

The filter icon is represented by . It is a window where you can select a value or a set of values based on the default lists provided to filter records, ranging from the simplest to the most advanced.

  1. Predefined lists based on record information.

  2. Values corresponding to the selected list.

  3. Add multiple Icon .

  4. Button to Apply the selected filter combination.

  5. Clear the selected filter combination.

Add a filter combination

To create a filter, select a list in the Filter field.

This will generate values in the Values field strictly based on the selected list.

Choose the desired values and press the Add multiple icon .

The values will be added to the filter combination table, grouping them by the list to which each value belongs.

To remove any value within the filter combination, press the Delete an item icon .

And then, press the Apply button to execute the filter, and the dashboard counter will update with the applied filter.
