Final Assessment

This section determines whether further investigation is required based on the results and findings of the investigation request.

• The Investigation Number field is system-generated and cannot be modified. It is automatically assigned when an investigation request is approved and requires an investigation.

• A Decision must be selected to proceed with changing the investigation request status to Under Review.

• If an investigation is deemed necessary, the Investigation Reason field becomes mandatory.

Selecting the option to initiate a new investigation triggers a confirmation screen. Upon confirmation, once the investigation request is approved, the system automatically redirects users to the Investigation Management.
