Our module is designed to efficiently manage documentation and store information related to Incidents and Investigations Management. It enables organizations to oversee every investigation conducted to uncover the root causes of incidents or deviations from expected outcomes. By facilitating the management of these investigations, the module supports process improvement, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
With this module, organizations can document and handle incidents, analyze their root causes, assign corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to users, and reduce the likelihood of recurrence. Ultimately, the Incident and Investigation document serves as a critical resource for addressing incidents, enhancing processes, and demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Step #1: Move your cursor to the "MODULE" tab located in the top-left corner of the screen.
Step #2: In the drop-down menu that appears, hover over "Quality Assurance Management". This will expand a new menu displaying the following modules:
Incidents, CAPA & Non-Conformances
Risk Assessment & FMEA
Step #3: Pass your cursor over "Incidents, CAPA & Non-Conformances". Another drop-down menu will appear, showing the forms available within this module.
