When accessing the Investigation Requests form, the first screen displayed is the Investigation Request Overview. This section provides a comprehensive summary of all registered investigation requests, offering key details in an organized format. The Overview includes the following columns:
Investigation Request: Displays the request's name, ID number, department, and priority.
Owner: Shows the current owner responsible for the investigation request.
Incidents: Displays the incident number associated with the investigation request, along with the incident's revision and version details. You can access the corresponding incident by clicking on the icon, which will redirect you to its detailed record.
: Indicates the current status of the investigation request (e.g., Open, Under Review, Approved, or Canceled).
View Details: Click the to access a detailed view of each record. Click the file repository icon to access the record's File Repository.
