Risk Analysis

This section allows users to evaluate and assign rankings for each risk category, ensuring a structured approach to risk assessment. The selected rankings, along with their justifications, help determine the overall risk level and guide decision-making processes.

Each ranking is determined based on predefined assessment criteria set in the Risk Assessment Type Definition, ensuring consistency across evaluations. Users must provide a rationale for the selected ranking, supporting transparency and traceability in the risk assessment process.

Ranking Criteria:

  • Current Severity: Low (Ranking 1), Medium (Ranking 2), & High (Ranking 3)

  • Current Occurrence: Low (Ranking 1), Medium (Ranking 2), & High (Ranking 3)

  • Current Detectability: Low (Ranking 3), Medium (Ranking 2), & High (Ranking 1)

The information provided in this section contributes to the Risk Priority Number (RPN) calculation, determining the overall risk severity and guiding necessary actions to mitigate potential hazards.
