Charts Dashboard
The chart dashboard features diverse charts for monitoring and organizing Risk Assessment or FMEA status, offering rapid visual insights into the data.
The System Displays the Following Risk Assessment & FMEA Charts:
#5 Risk Assessments Status
#10 Risk Assessments Status Progression
#15 Percentage of Risk Assessments Pending for Approval
#20 FMEA Status
#25 FMEAStatus Progression
#30 Percentage of FMEAs Pending for Approval

#5 Risk Assessment Status
This chart visually represents the current status of all risk assessments based on their creation date within a specified time period. Chart #20, which focuses on the status of FMEA, follows a similar pattern but specifically tracks Failure Mode and Effect Analysis.
You can customize the chart by selecting your preferred time interval, such as days, months, years, or quarters. Additionally, the chart type can be adjusted through the chart settings. For more details on customization, refer to the Chart Settings.


All Risk Assessments and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis are organized by status:
Open
Under Review
Approved
Closed
Canceled
You can activate or deactivate specific statuses to focus on the information you need. Hovering over any section of the chart, will display the total for the selected range or category.
#10 Risk Assessment Status Progression
This chart visually represents status changes in all risk assessments based on their first status update within a specified time period. Chart #25, which tracks the status progression of FMEA, follows a similar pattern but specifically focuses on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis."

Under Review
Approved
Closed
Canceled
You can enable or disable specific statuses to highlight the data you need. By hovering over any section of the chart, the total for the corresponding range or category will be shown.
#15 Percentage of Risk Assessments to be Approved
This chart displays the percentage of records under review that are awaiting approval. As the number of pending approvals increases, the needle shifts to the right; as it decreases, the needle moves to the left. Chart #30, which focuses on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, behaves similarly.

Search Filter
The charts offer a variety of filtering options to customize the displayed data. These filters adjust the chart values based on the selected parameters, allowing for customized views.
Available Filtering Options:
Time Interval: Choose parameters such as Days, Months, Quarters, or Years to group data into manageable intervals.
Time Range: Define a specific range of dates to narrow down the records displayed.
Filter Window: Open the filter settings to customize and apply advanced filtering criteria.
Clear Search Button: Reset all applied filters and restore the default view.
Chart Settings: Allow you to customize the chart type, adjust display preferences, and refine how data is visualized to suit your specific needs.
Filter options may vary depending on the chart you are viewing, offering flexibility across different visualizations.

Print and Export Chart Options
By clicking on the vertical ellipsis icon, as shown in the figure below, a drop-down menu will appear with various options to manage your chart. If any filters are applied, they will be included when printing or exporting the chart.

Drop-Down Menu Options:
When printing a chart, the system will include a stamp in the document footer containing a unique control number, the name of the user who initiated the print, and a timestamp detailing the date and time it was generated. This ensures compliance with cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.

Notes: Audit Trail log is intended to comply with the cGMP audit trail requirements of the 21 CFR Part 11.
