🔍File Lookup

An integrated system tool that allows the user to view and download in a centralized way the files that are attached to the records. (CIQA-SOP-FL-23-01)

Only files attached to module records for which the user has the view, download and/or download controlled permission active is visible.

The attachment section in actions, training, and images uploaded in equipment and product does not appear in this area.

Getting Started

The File Lookup section is located in the top menu. To learn how to use the search filters, please click here.

File Details

To view file details, select it by clicking on the file box and the information for the selected file and options to handle the file will appear.

Options may vary depending on the file type.

File options:

• View

• Download

• Download Controlled

• Audit Trail

Tips

• Users with license, access rights, and privileges will be redirect to the record if the user click on the link.
