Notes:
Only active users with a license, access rights, and viewing and updating privileges can add or edit related record. If you do not have the access, please contact your company owner or system administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to perform this action.
This section will appear on the form (if applicable) after the record is saved. Once saved, the section is accessible and usable in any status.
The bidirectional relationship between and is viewed as an assignment rather than a related record.
In this section, you can link up the active records from different modules. To add a linked record, select the module and then press the link icon button.
Notes: Audit trails for duplicated records do not retain the history of previous links or unlinks.
When you print, it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
Notes: Audit Trail log is intended to comply with the cGMP audit trail requirements of the 21 CFR Part 11.
It will show a window with all the record types you selected. Select which ones you want to add and save it by pressing the green checkmark icon .
To delete the link-up just press theunlink icon button.
Clicking the icon will take you to the linked record's file. Here you can view and edit the record information id necessary.
Click the icon to access the activity of linked records in chronological order. You can view a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.
By pressing the print icon , the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.
