Selectable Status: Outlined in light colors, these indicate options that can be selected to move the record forward.
Non-Selectable Status: Outlined in dark colors, these cannot be selected.

The investigation request can transition from Open to either Under Review or Canceled, but the status cannot be changed until the record is saved.
To move forward to Under Review, a decision needs to be selected in the Final Assessment section.
If "Need a New Investigation" is selected, the system will automatically generate a new investigation when its approved.
If "No Investigation Required" is selected, the investigation request will remain in Approved status with no further action needed.
Deleting an investigation request in open status will release all associated incidents, allowing them to be modified or reassigned. If the investigation request is restored, an incident must be selected.
During this phase, the investigation request undergoes review and approval by designated approvers. They are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information and must provide their approval or rejection through their signature. All associated incidents are moved to Under Review status, restricting any modifications.
