Remove Approvers/Reviewers

Notes:

• Approvers can be removed only in Open and Under Review statuses of the record.

• Reviewers can be removed in any status of the action, if they have not signed the record.

• Both approvers and reviewers cannot be removed once they have signed the record.

To remove an approve/reviewer, click on the remove icon, which will immediately remove the user.

An automatic email will be sent to the deleted electronic approver.

Notes: The email notification content may vary depending on the type of record to which you were added as an approver or reviewer.
