🔑Login and Logout

Instructions for Logging In and Logging Out of the QMS Portal.

Login

To login to the application, fill the form with your account information and click the Log in button.

If the information is correct, automatically you enter to the User Dashboard.

Tips

• The system is accessible to multiple users simultaneously.

When login in the application, after 30 minutes of inactive use of the application a window would appear stating that the system would automatically close the session in 60 seconds unless you select the button to stay connected.

If the information is incorrect the application will show an error message:

The user has 5 attempts to enter the access information correctly.

If the access information is entered incorrectly after the given number of attempts, the account will be blocked and the user will have to reset their password using their registered email to regain access into the software. User will receive an email notifying them that their account has been blocked.

Logout

Notes: The system saves the user's current form or location upon logout. This functionality helps users to resume their session directly from where they left off when logging in again within a timeframe.

To logout from the application, go to the top right corner and click in your profile icon. A small window with options is displayed, select the Logout option.

Also, when user is already logged in and returns to the initial screen, they can also logout by clicking on the red logout icon.

Notes: In the event that the device where the system is being used experiences an electrical failure, as soon as it is rehabilitated, the system will be ready to be used instantly.
