Send feedback and suggestions to make the CIQA eQMS even better for your needs.

Access the User & Team Profile

Click the profile icon located in the top right corner of the main menu to access the User / Team Settings.

A small window displayed with the following option:

Tips

• Name and email are read only.

• The system will show all the teams you belong to and the one you are currently in with a green checkmark .

Making a Suggestion

Entering the section will make the following pop-up screen appear, allowing the user to add any suggestion they think would be appropriate to consider for future updates on the CIQA QMS Software.

Tips

• In order to submit suggestion, a minimum of 100 characters must be written.

• The maximum amount of characters is of 1000 characters. If the user writes more than 1000 characters, the system will stop inputting letters at the 1000 count mark.

Notes: Sending a suggestion does not guarantee that it will be implemented to the software, however, it will be read, evaluated and condidered.
