Getting Started with the CIQA QMS Application.

Tips

• Recommended browsers for the application click here.

For both new and returning users, the first screen they will see is the following one after clicking on the web application URL (https://qms.ciqa.net/).

Initial Screen

To enter the web application, click the 'Log in' button , and you will be redirected to the login page.

Tips

• To register a new account go to Sign-Up instructions.

• If you already have a registered account go to Log In/Log-Out instructions.

• If you forgot your password or want to reset your password go to Password Reset instructions.

• Application is protected by reCAPTCHA.

Sign Up

Click the Sign-Up button.

You will be redirected to the registration page.

Notes: Password must have at least 12 characters and contain at least one uppercase, number and special character.

Fill the form with the respective information

1. Full Name

2. Email address

3. Password

4. Click ☑️ check box to accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Finally, click in the Sign Up button.

Once you have completed the process, the following screen will appear:

Tips

• If you click on Go to Profile the system will let you enter the application into the User Profile section.

• If you click on Logout, the system will log you out.

To authenticate the process, click on Send Verification. Then go to your incoming emails and confirm your email address as shown in the following figure, selecting the link or button contained in your email message called “Verify Email Address”.

Notes: After signing up, the system will offer a 30-day Free trial of the Enterprise Subscription will all of its diverse features, with the exceptions of Creating a Team and Sending Merge Requests.

After verifying your email address, you will be redirected to the app, confirming the successful registration process. Upon logging in, the system will provide each user with a 30-day complimentary trial of the application as part of the enterprise subscription.

Tips

• The displayed time zone is the one selected in the user's profile. If none has been selected, the default time zone will be based on your IP address.

• If you click on the time zone, the system will redirect you to the user profile.
