Notes: Administrators and Regular Users who are inactive on a team will not have access to the user dashboard.
Notes: Only Approvers, Reviewers, Administrators and Owner can edit this record. However, a task owner can only edit the task by sending messages and changing the status of the task (Pending, In Process, Done, and Canceled) in its dashboard. This is true as long as the task owner is not the owner, approver or reviewer of the record.
The Dashboard screen is the first screen presented to the user when logging into the app. This shows the pending things you have to do. Administrators and Regular Users with and without licenses have access to the user dashboard. It also show the amount of pending tasks to be done (Trainings, Approvals, Reviews and Actions):
The Pending Trainings section on your User Dashboard Home displays both assigned trainings that are currently in a Pending status and required trainings pending for you to take, based on your position or organizational policies.
The displayed card includes the following information: Training Name, Training Number, Revision, Version, Training Type and Evaluation Method.
Notes: To perform electronic signature of pending approvals user must have an active license, access rights and privileges to the form.
The Pending Approvals section on your User Dashboard Home displays the records that are awating your approval.
The displayed card includes the following information: Record Name, Record Number, Revision, Version and Records Type.
Notes: To perform electronic signature of pending reviews user must have an active license.
The Pending Reviews section on your User Dashboard Home displays the actions awaiting your review.
The displayed cards includes the following information: Action Name, Action Number, Action Type, and the module to which they belong.
The Pending Actions section on your User Dashboard home displays the actions (Corrective, Preventive, Containment, and/or Effectiveness actions) that are waiting for your completion.

To access a form quickly, enter the form number at the top right of the screen, which is displayed in any area within the software.
There are two ways to find out the form number:
Modules Section: Users can see the form number by navigating through each division within the Modules section.
On the Form: The form number is displayed at the top of the form
Once you have the form number, enter it in the search bar and either press Enter or click on the magnifying glass icon.
After you press Enter or click on the magnifying glass icon, the system will immediately redirect you to the corresponding form. This allows you to quickly access and review the specific information without the need to navigate through multiple menus.
Notes: If the user enters the wrong form number, a message will appear indicating that the input value does not exist.
The icon is used to access the file repository of the record, allowing the feature for compatible files types.

The icon is only displayed when it's a session learning that hasn't been assigned to a training session. By clicking this icon, you can either assign yourself to a training session that hasn't started yet or request a new training session. For further information, .
