🔃Password Reset

This page provides instructions to users on the appropriate steps to take in case of a lost or forgotten account password.

In case you forgot your password, make a click in the option “Forgot Password?”, as shown in the following figure.

This page is displayed, Fill the box with your account email address and click the Send Link button.

Then, you will receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.

When you follow the instructions, these screens are displayed. Enter your new secure password and click Reset Password:

Tips

  • When the password has reset, the system will send an email notifying the user of the password change.

Your password is reset successfully. You are ready for login.
