Training Assigned

The system doesn't allow to delete nor change the name or number of the curriculum record, if the curriculum has assigned trainings.

After saving the curriculum definition record, a new section titled 'Training Assigned' will appear. In this section, you can find all the trainings that have been assigned to the curriculum.

Assign a Training

To assign a training, click the link button , select the desired training records, and save by clicking the green checkmark icon .

Tips

• Inactive, Obsoleted, and Duplicated training records will not be visible for selection.

Remove Training Assigned

To remove an assigned training from the curriculum, press the unlink icon button .

Audit Trail Report

Audit trails for duplicates assign trainings, however, they do not retain the history of previous links or unlinks.

Click the icon to access the activity of linked record. You can see a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.

By pressing the print icon , the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.

When you print it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
