Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Choose the Human Resources Management option from the drop-down menu. This action will reveal a new drop-down menu displaying the Training Management module
Step #3: Select the Training Management option from the drop-down menu. A new drop-down menu will appear, showing the forms of the Training Management modules.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Employee Progress, as illustrated in the following picture.
Upon accessing the Employee Progress form, you'll be greeted with the Employee Progress summary table as the first screen. This table offers a quick snapshot of all registered and active employees, featuring the following columns:
To Assign: This column indicates the number of trainings the user must be assigned due to requirements, failures, non-completion, or expired training.
In Process: This column shows the total number of trainings that the user is either in the process of completing or has already assigned.
For Evaluation: This column shows the total number of trainings for which the user is waiting for evaluation.
ITP%: This column displays the employee's individual training percentage, calculated using the following formula: (Number of required training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Total required training units) * 100.
When you click on the eye icon, this screen will be presented.
This section provides user details, including position and curriculum related to the user position. If the user has not been assigned to a position, the employee details section will display Position not assigned, and the same will occur for the curriculum, which will say Curriculum not assigned.
This section displays the individual training completion percentage, which is calculated as follows: (Required training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Required training units) * 100.
Employee: This column shows the user's name, user's email, phone number, position, and status (Active ). The position and/or phone number will only appear if they were identified in the user's record.

This section shows employees' name, employees' email, and phone number. Clicking the employee name takes you to the , accessible only to active users with the necessary access rights and privileges, allowing you to view detailed employee record information.
This section provides management of training for employees. You can assign session trainings, remove session trainings, or log historical training sessions. For more detailed information, click .
