Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Choose the Human Resources Management option from the drop-down menu. This action will reveal a new drop-down menu displaying the Training Management module
Step #3: Select the Training Management option from the drop-down menu. A new drop-down menu will appear, showing the forms of the Training Management modules.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Training Sessions, as illustrated in the following picture.
Once the Training Session form is accessed, the first screen presented in this form is the Training Session summary table. This screen shows a summary list of all registered and active trainings. The summary table contains the following columns:
Priority: This column indicates the level of importance or urgency of each training. The levels are the following: High, Medium and Low.
Requested: This column indicates how many users have requested to take the training.
To Assign: This column indicates how many users require the training but have not been assigned to it, have taken the training but received a failing score, have not completed it, or if the training has expired.
In Process: This column indicates the number of users who are in the process of completing the training.
For Evaluation: This column indicates the number of users who have completed the training and have not yet been evaluated.
When you click on the eye icon, this screen will be presented; it can vary depending on the type of training.
This section provides training details, including Department, Training Type, Classification, Priority, Evaluation Method, Minimum Passing Score, Duration (in minutes), and Auto Approval (if applicable).
This section displays the individual training completion percentage, which is calculated as follows: (Required training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Required total number of training units) * 100.
This section's content may vary depending on the type of training. To learn more detailed information about each tab, please refer to the corresponding type of training:
Training: This column shows the training's name, training's ID number, revision ID, version, department, training's type and status (Active ).

This section shows the training's name, training's ID number, revision ID, version, instructions, as well as its status (Active ). Clicking the training name takes you to the , accessible only to active users with the necessary access rights and privileges, allowing you to view detailed training record information.
