  • If the field value you want to add doesn't appear in the list, simply click on the external link icon , which will redirect you to the related form.

  • For the curriculum number, it is recommended to use different numbers for each created record. However, if you need to use the same curriculum number, you must ensure that the revision ID is different. This ensures that the trainings are unique and can be traced for their changes over time.

  • The Supersedes Curriculum field is automatically filled in when the record is duplicated.

  • The Record Version Control functionality in the system is a critical component for maintaining efficient curriculum versioning. This functionality ensures seamless version transitions by automatically updating the superseded curriculum to an obsolete status when the current record is set to Active. This action triggers a cascading effect on all older versions associated with the curriculum.
