Inventory Status Definition
The purpose of the inventory status definition form is to allow the user to view the status of an inventory.
Access the Inventory Status Definition Form:
Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its functionalities, contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Inventory Management. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module is shown.
Step #3: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Lots. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module is shown.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Inventory Status Definition, as shown in the following picture.
Summary Table
Once the Inventory Status Definition form is accessed, the first screen presented in this form is the Inventory Status summary table. This screen shows a summary list of all Inventory status. The summary table contains the following columns:
Inventory Status: This column shows the inventory status.
Description: This column shows the description of the inventory status.
Eye icon
: To view more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.

Notes
The summary table will have by default 16 records. These records cannot be edited, deleted or duplicated.
Inventory Status Definition Record
The inventory status definition record has been filled in by default and cannot be edited, eliminated, or duplicated.
