Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Inventory Management. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module is shown.
Step #3: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Lots. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module is shown.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Serials Definition, as shown in the following picture.
Once the Serials definition form is accessed, the first screen presented in this form is the Serials summary. This screen shows a summary list of all Serials. The summary table contains the following columns:
Serials : This column shows the Serial number.
Manufacturing: Date in which the Serial was manufactured.
Received: Date in which the serial was received.
Expiration: Date in which the Serial expires.
Status: Current status of the serial.
The product records have been divided into the following sections:
In this section, you can find the product definition information.
After saving the product definition record, this section will appear, providing access to all other records that can be linked to the current record.
When the date has expired, the date will be displayed in red .
To see more detailed information of each record, press the eye icon located at the right side of each row.

Notes: The serial definition form cannot create serials; serials must be created through a .
