Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Inventory Management. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Inventory Management module are shown.
Step #3: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Lots. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module are shown.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Lot Movement, as shown in the following picture.
Once the Lot Movement form is accessed, the first screen presented in this form is the Lot Movement summary table. This screen shows a summary list of all registered lot movements. The summary table contains the following columns:
Movement: This column shows the Type of movement, number, and department.
Lot: This columns shows the lot number, product number, product revision, product version, and product name for the lot product.
Source/Destination: Source and destination information, including locations and statuses, related to the quantity being moved.
In this section, you can find the lot movement information.
This section is where the approvers are managed.
This section manages lot movement completion or cancellation.
After saving the product definition record, this section will appear, providing access to all other records that can be linked to the current record.
Status: Shows the lot movement status (, , , , , , and ).
Eye icon : To more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.
To add a record, click the icon . To restore a record, click the icon. To learn how to use the search filters, please click .
