Lots Definition
Access the Lots Definition Form:
Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its functionalities, contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Step #1: Click the MODULE tab located on the top-left corner.
Step #2: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Inventory Management. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Inventory Management module is shown.
Step #3: Select the drop-down menu option called Products & Lots. A new drop-down menu is shown where the forms of the Products & Lots module is shown.
Step #4: Select the new option from the drop-down menu called Lots Definition, as shown in the following picture.

Summary Table
Once the Lots Definition form is accessed, the first screen presented in this form is the Lots summary table. This screen shows a summary list of all registered lots. The summary table contains the following columns:
Lot: This column shows the lot number code (if listed on the lot's record), and whether it is serial or non-serial, and the current status (Inactive
or Active
).
Manufacturing: The manufacturing date of the lot.
Received: The received date of the lot.
Expiration: The expiration date of the Lot.



When the date has expired, the date will be displayed in red .
Quantities: This column shows the total quantity by their status.
Eye icon
: To view more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.
To add a record, click the plus icon . To restore a record, click the trash icon

Record Sections
In this section, you can find the lots definition information. After saving the lot definition, the following sections will appear:
In this section, you will manage the quantities for the lot.
In this section, you will find a detailed record of all movement events related to this lot.
This section provides access to all other records to be linked to the current record.
