Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Displays the statistics of trainings categorized by Request, To Assign, In Process, For Evaluation, Expire Soon and Expired.
Requests: Count of trainings that have been solicited.
To Assign: Count of required trainings waiting for assignment.
In Process: Count of trainings that have been started or worked with, but not completed.
For Evaluation: Count of trainings that are being assessed, to determine if user passed or failed.
Expiring Soon: Count of assigned (Required) trainings set to expire within the next thirty days due to training frequency.
Expired: Count of assigned (Required) trainings that have expired due to training frequency.
Counter has the following information:
Number of units counted.
The percentage that each count represents.
When the counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.
The displayed card includes the following information: Training Name, Training Number, Revision, Version, Training Type, Auto Approval (if identified in the training record), Owner, and Training Priority.
The counters offer a variety of filtering options. When these options are applied, they will affect each count.

Time interval, using parameter such as Days, Months, or Years
Time range
Notes: To Assign card is not affected by time filters. This status will display all data up to the current date.
The icon is used to view the record. Clicking this icon redirects you to the form for the selected training.
The number in the right corner represents the count of users or employees who require some form of action related to training.
