Charts Dashboard

The charts dashboard offers diverse features for monitoring and organizing training, providing rapid visual insights into the data.

The system displays the following Trainings charts:

#5 Training Assignment

This chart displays the current status of training assignments over a specific time period.

Pie Chart Example

When you change the chart type to column, line, or column stacks, the graph will be divided by session and self-learning, in addition to the statuses. For more details about how the chart settings work, click here to refer to the Chart Settings.

Column Chart Example

All training assignments are organized by status:

  • In Process: Current training assignments that are in Pending and/or In Process status.

  • For Evaluation: Current training assignments in Pending Evaluation status that have not yet expired

  • Approved (Pass): Current training assignments in Approved status (Pass Result) that have not yet expired.

  • Expiring Soon: Current training assignments required by employees that are set to expire within the next 30 days.

  • Expired: Current training assignments required by employees that have already expired.

Tips

  • You can choose the time interval you prefer, which can range from days, months, years, or quarters.

  • You can deactivate and activate the statuses you prefer, enabling you to view a specific type of status when needed.

  • If the chart is a column, line, or column stack, and you hover over it, the total for that type of training will be displayed.

#10 Training Completed - Pass vs Fail

This chart displays the approved training assignments, indicating how many were successfully completed (pass) and how many were not completed or were unsuccessful (fail) over a specific time period.

Column Chart Example

All trainings are organized by status:

  • Pass: Training assignments that were approved with a successful result (Pass).

  • Fail: Training assignments that were approved with an unsuccessful result (fail) and/or training assignments marked as Not Completed.

  • You can deactivate and activate the statuses you prefer, enabling you to view a specific type of status when needed.

  • If the chart is a column, line, or column stack, and you hover over it, the total for that type of training will be displayed.

#15 Training Request

This chart displays the status of session learning requests made by employees (users) over a specific time period.

  • Open

  • Closed

  • Rejected

#20 Training Types Breakdown: Self Training vs. Session Training

These charts display the number of self-training and session training sessions created over a specific time period.

When you change the chart type to column, line, or column stacks, it displays data divided by evaluation method, along with the types (session or self). For more details about how the chart settings work, click here to refer to the Chart Settings.

All trainings are organized by type:

  • Self Learning

  • Session Learning

  • If the chart is a column, line, or column stack, and you hover over it, the total of evaluation method by type will be displayed.

#25 Percentage of Employees Not Fully Trained

This chart illustrates the percentage of employees (users) who have not completed all the required training as per curriculums and/or trainers. As the number of employees failing to complete their training increases, the needle moves towards the right. Conversely, as more employees complete all their training, the needle shifts towards the left.

Search Filter

The charts offer a variety of filtering options. When these options are applied, they will affect each count.

Search Filter Example
  1. Time interval, using parameter such as Days, Months, Years, or Quarters.

  2. Time range.

  3. Open the filter window

By clicking on the vertical ellipsis icon , as shown in the following figure, a drop-down menu will be displayed where you will find the options to handle your chart. If any filter were selected, they will be included when you print or export the chart.

When you print the chart, it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print or download with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
