The training definition record allows you to make the following definitions:
The Evaluation Method field offers a variety of options to select from. However, if you choose "N/A," the minimum score field will be disabled, and the Auto Approval Field will automatically change to "Yes".
If Auto Approval is "Yes", completion is automatically evaluated as pass.
The source link field allows you to add links for articles, papers, research papers, blog posts, or others. The field validates URLs for HTTPS.
The video link field allows you to add links from platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, and OneDrive. The field validates URLs for HTTPS.
Notes: The default owner of the document is the person who creates it, also known as the Owner. However, the ownership can be changed to another user if needed.
This section allows you to select the ownership of the document.
The Created By field cannot be changed, as the system automatically adds the creator of the record.
The Created Date field cannot be changed, as the system timestamp when the record was created.
The default revision date of the training is the date when it was created. However, the revision date can be changed by another if needed. If you want to change the day, you must select a day prior to the current one.

If in the field a value you want to add doesn't appear in the list, simply click on the external link icon , which will redirect you to the related form.
The functionality in the system is a critical component for maintaining efficient training versioning. This functionality ensures seamless version transitions by automatically updating the superseded training to an obsolete status when the current record is set to Active. This action triggers a cascading effect on all older versions associated with the training.
