The purpose of this section is to create and manage questions and answers for the training record exam. The summary table contains the following columns:
Question: This column displays the training exam question.
Eye icon : To view more detailed information about each question, click on the icon.
To add a question, click the plus icon . After creating multiple questions, you can reorder them by clicking on the icon and dragging them to your preferred position.
The question record enables you to manage the answers for each question.
All fields with * are required to be filled.
Step #1: Write the answer and identify whether it is Correct or Incorrect. By default, the Incorrect value will be pre-selected.
The Answers Audit Trail feature is only available on the Enterprise Plan.
When you print, it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
Deleted questions cannot be restored.

Step #2: To add an answer, click the plus icon .
After creating multiple answers, you can reorder them by clicking on the icon and dragging them to your preferred position.
After creating an answer, you can change it to Incorrect by checking the filled checkbox , and to change it to Correct, click the empty checkbox .
To remove an unsaved answer, click the remove icon .
To view and edit a Question record, click on the eye icon .
To delete an answer, click the delete icon . Once the record is saved, deleted answers cannot be recovered.
To restore a deleted answer, click the restore icon .
Click the icon to access the chronological history of answers. Here, you can view a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.
By pressing the print icon , the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.
If you click the delete icon a delete action message confirmation will appear.
