Training Exam
Summary Table
The purpose of this section is to create and manage questions and answers for the training record exam. The summary table contains the following columns:
Question: This column displays the training exam question.
Eye icon
: To view more detailed information about each question, click on the icon.
To add a question, click the plus icon . After creating multiple questions, you can reorder them by clicking on the icon
and dragging them to your preferred position.

Create Question Record
The question record enables you to manage the answers for each question.
All fields with * are required to be filled.

Answers
Step #1: Write the answer and identify whether it is Correct or Incorrect. By default, the Incorrect value will be pre-selected.
Step #2: To add an answer, click the plus icon
.

VIew/Edit Question Record
To view and edit a Question record, click on the eye icon .


Answers Audit Trail
The Answers Audit Trail feature is only available on the Enterprise Plan.
Click the icon to access the chronological history of answers. Here, you can view a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.


By pressing the print icon , the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.

When you print, it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.

Delete Question Record
Delete Icon
Deleted questions cannot be restored.
If you click the delete icon a delete action message confirmation will appear.
