When you select the session management tab, the system display a summary list of all session registered. The summary table contains the following columns:
Session: This column shows the name of the session with the date and time.
Location: This column shows the name of the location related to the training session.
Trainer: This column shows the user assign as trainer for this session.
Add Users: To add employees to the created sessions. click on the icon.
icon : To view more detailed information about each session, click on the icon.
The Audit Trail Activities feature is only available on the Enterprise Plan.
When you print it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date / time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
To create a session on this tab, click the icon . The system will then display the following Training Session screen. For detailed instructions on creating a session, click .
To add employees to the created sessions, click the add users icon . The system will display a list of users who have not been assigned to this session or who have the training session in Pending, In Process or Pending Evaluation status.
Click on the save icon to add the employee to the training session. The system automatically opens the training session details.
To view training session details, click the eye icon .
The system will open the training session details. To edit the training session details you can make the changes in the fields that are necessary then save the changes by clicking the save icon. To manage the employees in session section you can click to follow the same steps.
You can also add users from this window by clicking the Add User icon .
To delete a training session, press the trash icon at the top of the screen.
The training session cannot be deleted if there are employees assigned to the session, and the trash icon will not be available in this case. Click for more details.
Click the icon to access the history of the training sessions in chronological order. You can view a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.
By pressing the print icon , the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.
To print or export a summary table, click the vertical ellipsis icon . A drop-down menu will appear with options to print or export the record. For more information about the icon's meaning or function, click .
