# Session Requests

## Summary Table

When you select the session request tab, the system display a list of all request registered for this training. The summary table contains the following columns:

* **Request By:** This column shows the user's name, user's email, phone number, position, and status (<mark style="color:green;">**Active**</mark> <img src="/files/bFo9vuxfN6E9PqtO2MnI" alt="" data-size="line">) of the user that made the request. The position and/or phone number will only appear if they were identified in the user's record.
* **Request Details:** This column display the request details  of the user that made the request.
* **Request Date:** This column shows the date the user made the request.
* **Status:** This column shows the status of the request, which can be <mark style="color:purple;">**Open**</mark>**,&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Closed**</mark> or <mark style="color:red;">**Canceled**</mark>.
* **Add icon** <img src="/files/VjBAA69jBaxLIBGb3dCH" alt="" data-size="line">**:** To assign a user to a session, click on the icon. For more details, click [here](/help-center/ciqa-eqms-user-guide/features/general-functions/add-record.md).&#x20;
* **Reject icon** <img src="/files/bir3N6vorzTgC44UxC0c" alt="" data-size="line"> **:** To reject the request, click on the icon.
* **Employee Management Training Icon** <img src="/files/N7NUk9FBwhwwhro56JF1" alt="" data-size="line">**:** To manage employee training session, click on the icon, For more details, visit the [Employee Training Management](#manage_training_session) section.

### Closed a Session Request

In order to facilitate the employee's training session assignment, you can first review the details of the session request to confirm the user's availability then assign an existing session or create a new session to the employee.

### Reject a Session Request

If you determine that an employee is not qualified or does not require the training, you have the option to reject the session request. To reject a training session request, press the reject icon <img src="/files/ThpryKemtabc8NANUH6F" alt="" data-size="line">. The system will display a window for you to confirm that you are rejecting the request.

In the summary table of session requests, the status of the request will appear as rejected.

### Employee Management

To access the Employee Training Management, you can click on the following icon <img src="/files/AVdfm0HrZs4kgseKgAIo" alt="" data-size="line">. This allows you to manage training sessions, including removing sessions, editing employee sessions, and evaluating employee training. ### Audit Trail

Click the icon <img src="/files/8wYP9LVrPTKNs0vdca8N" alt="" data-size="line"> to access the history of the training sessions in chronological order. You can view a complete log of events that cannot be edited or modified.

By pressing the print icon <img src="/files/a2wlQpxEHTNyvzvU6bkg" alt="" data-size="line">, the system automatically downloads the audit trail report.

When you print it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date / time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.

### Print, Export, & Audit Trail Activity

To print or export a summary table, click the vertical ellipsis icon <img src="/files/iSCktC8kK3UhK7b95Uco" alt="" data-size="line">. A drop-down menu will appear with options to print or export the record.
