Lot Quantities Management

This section handles quantities for both serialized and non-serialized lots.

Notes

• Any changes of the quantities in non-serialized or serialized lots are made when pressing the record save icon .

Lot Quantities Counters

In a created lot, the counts are displayed for each status defined in Inventory Statuses, with the last box indicating the total quantity across all statuses.

1. Percentage representing based on the total quantities.

2. Quantity present in the status.

3. The name of the status.

When you click on a box with a quantity, the page scrolls down and highlights for a few seconds to locate the detailed row quantity.

• If you click on the total count, it scrolls down to the section where batch quantities are managed.

Non-Serialized Quantities

Add Quantities

To add quantities in non-serialized lots, select the status where you want to input the quantity, the location where they will be placed. Enter the desired quantity, and press the add icon to add it.

Remove Quantities

Notes

• The quantities recorded in a lot movement that have not been deleted, canceled, or completed cannot be removed from the lot.

To remove quantities in non-serialized lots, choose the status from which you want to remove the quantity, the location where they are found, and enter the desired quantity. Then, press the remove icon . If you want to remove the entire quantity at once, without selecting values, press the erase icon .

The quantities are organized by status and location.

Serialized Quantities

Here's guidance on managing serialized quantities.

Add Serials Number

To add serials in serialized lots, select the status where you want to input the serials, the location where they will be placed, the desired serials, and then press the add icon to add it.

To view the serial numbers that will be added in the system, press the Show Serials icon .

Remove Serials Number

To remove serials in a serialized lot, if the serial number is new and not yet created in the system, press the remove icon to remove it.

Tips

• The remove icon is only visible before saving the lot record.

If the serial is already in the system, choose its status and location, then press the remove icon .

This will open a window displaying all serial numbers that match the selected status and location.

Notes

• Serial numbers that have already been used in any lot movement cannot be deleted; therefore, they will not be shown in the window to remove serials.

Check the checkboxes of the serial numbers you wish to delete and press the trash icon and confirm the decision.

Automatic Serial Number

To automatically generate serial numbers throughout the system, the product must have an active configuration and be traceable by serial number at the time of creating the lot. When these requirements are met, the Automatic Serial Number checkbox is automatically enabled and marked by default, indicating that the functionality is active.

Notes:

• The Add Serials input changes and appears as Add Quantity. In this field, you enter the quantity of serial numbers you want to generate based on the product configuration.

• If you need to add a manual serial, just uncheck the Automatic Serial Number checkbox, and you can enter the required serials.

Enter the quantity you want to generate and press the add icon .

Click the view icon , and all serials generated by the system based on the product configuration will be displayed.
