Serial Definition Information
In this section, the Serial record allows you to view the following definitions:
Notes:
The serial number is unique per product.
All fields in the serial definition form are inherited from the current lot information by default.
The editable fields are unique to each serial; these can be edited until the serial is moved through a Lot Movement.
When a serial is used within a Lot Movement, all editable fields are disabled except for the Certificate of Compliance and Locally Inspected fields.

Spec Section
In this section, the Serial record allows you to view the following definitions:
Notes: Rules for date field in form serial definition:
To add the release date, there must be quantities in the status highlighted in green color.
Serial Received Date
Must be a date after or equal to Manufacturing Date.
Must be a date after or equal to Lot Received Date.
Must be a date before or equal Current Date.
Serial Manufacturing Date
Must be a date after or equal to Lot Manufacturing Date.
Must be a date before or equal Current Date.
Serial Expiration Alert Date
Must be a date after Manufacturing Date.
Must be a date after Release Date.
Serial Expiration Date
Must be a date after Manufacturing Date.
Must be a date after Release Date.
Must be a date after Expiration Alert Date.
Must be a date after or equal to Lot Expiration Date.
Serial Release Date
Must be a date after or equal to Manufacturing Date.
Must be a date after or equal to Received Date.
The Release Date can only be filled in green statuses.

The Serial record allows you to customize each serial relevant information with the following definitions:
Notes
This field is populated with the lot Quality Performance Metrics & Sampling Plan if available, but it is editable and unique to each serial.
