The lots charts displays information of manufactured and received lots, inventory status, lot progression, planned lots, and expiration dates, covering a wide range of statuses.

The system displays the following Lots charts:

#15 Manufactured Lots by Inventory Status

This chart provides an overview of the current inventory status of our manufactured lots. Each status is represented by a distinct color in the chart, making it easy to differentiate between them. However, please note that the chart presents the number of lots in each status category and does not include detailed inventory quantities. Search Filter

The charts offer a variety of filtering options. When these options are applied, they will affect each count.

  3. Open the filter window

By clicking on the vertical ellipsis icon , as shown in the following figure, a drop-down menu will be displayed where you will find the options to handle your chart. If any filter were selected, they will be included when you print, download or export the chart.

When you print the chart, it will include a stamp with a unique control number along with the name of the user who initiated the print with a stamp detailing the date/time it was made, all this information can be found in the document footer, as shown in the example below. Designed to comply with the cGMPs, ALCOA, ALCOA+, and other data integrity and security standards associated with forms and documents.
