Notifications Preferences

This purpose of this section is to allow users to customize reminder notification preferences for received actions within a defined time frame. These preferences are user-specific and not team-based.

Notes: This preference can be configured by the user. However, changes are only possible if the user holds an active license or is a member of a team whose owner possesses a license.

This section allows you to personalize your reminder notification preferences. You have the flexibility to configure email notifications for different types of pending task reminders, choosing from options like weekly, monthly, daily, or opting out of notifications entirely.

Tips

  • By default, notifications are set to a weekly frequency for all users.

  • The system sends notifications, whether they are scheduled for daily, weekly, or monthly intervals, at 12:00 UTC.

Types of notifications:

  • Pending approvals/reviews: the system sends a email notification to users that are added as an approver and to users that are reviewers for pending documents, tasks, or any approval management record.

  • Training revisions: the system sends the owner of the training an email notification, when it reaches the next revision date of the training.

  • Expired trainings: the system sends the user that has assigned the training and it's supervisor an email notification when the training is expired.

  • Document revisions: the system sends the owner of the document an email notification, when it reaches the next revision date of the document.

  • Overdue actions: the system sends the user that has been assigned the action and the originator of the action an email notification when the action is overdue.

  • Open incidents: the system sends an email notification about open incidents that require the attention of the user that was "notified to".
