For greater security of your account, here you can activate the option of Two Factor Authentication. To enable Two Factor Authentication for the account, click on the button labeled Enable 2FA.
The user will be presented with a pop-up window asking them to input their current user password in order to authenticate that the actual user who possesses the account is enabling the 2FA.
If successful, the user will be shown the following information where the Two Factor Authentication section was found.
Additionally, users receive recovery codes for accessing their account if their 2FA device is lost. Storing these codes securely, such as in a password manager, is recommended. Users have the option to generate a new set of recovery codes by clicking the "Regenerate Recovery Codes" button if they wany to do so.
EACH INDIVIDUAL RECOVERY CODE CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE.
It is recommended to frequently change / update your recovery codes.
Make sure that the current password list that you have saved is the most recent one and to create a new list of passwords once all passwords have been used.
If the user logs into their device after enabling 2FA on their account, the following screen/s will appear after the user logs into the system:
Alternatively, the user can use one of their provided recovery codes by clicking on the link indicated by the red arrow in the figure above, which will take the user to the following screen:
Once the user provides their authenticity codes by using one of the two provided methods, they will be taken to the main menu screen (My Dashboard):
To deactivate 2FA, simply press the "Disable" button.
The user will be presented with a pop-up window asking then to input their current user password in order to authenticate that the actual user who possesses the account is disabling the 2FA.

If the user does not have their device with the authenticator app or the recovery codes on hand, they can press the Help Center link to receive the desired help.
Alternatives to Remove 2FA is primary devices and recovery codes are not available:
Contact a Team Admin or the Team Owner: The Team Owner and Admins can remove the 2FA setting in the Team Profile.
Notes: Hovering on the 2FA icons will indicate the status of the feature. The Owner and Admins cannot turn ON the 2FA, but can turn it OFF.
Contact Support team: Create a ticket notifying the situation; if you are the Team Owner, this option is vital, contact support team to turn off the 2FA
When the owner or admin clicks the 2FA that is ON, a message will appear asking if the user is sure of the decision being made.
Pressing "Remove" will turn OFF the member's 2FA.
By using the app, the user can scan the provided QR Code to tie their account to the Google Authenticator security service, which provides the user with a randomly generated 6-digit access code every few seconds for an additional layer of account security that is safe, simple and efficient.
