Subscriptions

Notes: When a team with an enterprise subscription goes into over-balanced, both regular users and administrators will temporarily lose access to the team's records, even if they have assigned licenses. Access will be restored once the subscription is updated or the overdraft issue is resolved.

This sections displays details about the current service tier of the Team User's subscription, including the number of licenses in use. It also provides options to manage or cancel the subscription, as well as add, remove, view and set the primary payment methods.

Notes: If the user wants to purchase the same amount of assigned licenses or greater, they may do so. However, the user cannot purchase less than the ones already allocated, unless they eliminate assigned licenses to the number of licenses they desire, making it then equal to the current amount of assigned licenses.
