Payment Method

In this section, you will find a list of all the payment methods registered in the web application for team subscription license payments. The supported methods are as follows:

American Express
China UnionPay (CUP)
Discover & Diners
Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
Mastercard
Visa

Add a New Payment Method

Once you click in the Subscriptions tab menu the following inputs shall be available to fill the payment method information:

To save the payment method, click on the Add Payment button .

And your method payment is listed.

Notes: At least one payment method is required for the system.

After adding cards, it can be set as primary, alongside the action to delete a card.

Remove a card

Tips

The charge will be made from the primary.
When you select "remove," a confirmation message will be displayed to confirm the action.
When a card is nearing its expiration date, the system sends a friendly reminder to update your card information.

Payments Alerts

Tips

All notifications will be based on the primary payment method.
If you have an active subscription and the renewal cannot be processed correctly on time, your benefits and access may be compromised and restricted.

You will be notified seven (7) days before your next subscription charge is processed.
