This software offers a variety of subscription types. The links summarize the most relevant features of each plan. Click on the external link icon to access it .

Tips

  • By default, the team is not subscribed to any of the subscriptions offered on the platform.

  • The number of subscriptions available for purchase may vary over time.

  • You can cancel any subscription you are subscribed to at any time.

Manage Subscription

Tips

  • The enterprise subscription is available for multiple purchases to act as licenses when assigned to a user within the team.

  • If only one is purchased, it is automatically assigned to the team owner and cannot be assigned to another user.

  1. Price for each subscription (the photo price is only representative)

Volume Discounts

Notes: Volume discount is subject to change.

For a better client-service experience, we offer license discounts for companies needing a higher number of user licenses than the average. We provide three types of User Volume Discounts:

  • 1 - 5 users

  • 6 - 15 users

  • 16+ users

Buy Subscriptions

To buy subscriptions press the Proceed to Payment button.

Then the system would display an Order Summary and you should click on the Pay & Subscribe button to complete your subscription checkout.

Once a subscription order is placed, it will be confirmed with an order number, and an email notification will be sent.

You are subscribed to the selected available subscription.

Tips

  • Downgrade: To adjust your subscription, repeat the purchase process, decrease the desired number of licenses, and proceed to checkout. For example, if you're reducing from 10 to 6 licenses, adjust the quantity to 6 during subscription management and complete the purchase. The system will then execute the adjustment to 6 licenses.

  • Upgrade: To enhance your subscription, repeat the purchase process, increase the desired number of licenses, and proceed to checkout. For instance, if you're increasing from 6 to 10 licenses, adjust the quantity to 10 during subscription management and complete the purchase. The system will then carry out the enhancement to 10 licenses.

  • For both scenarios, the charge will be applied on the next renewal.

The system sends seven (7) days prior of the renewal of the subscription an email notification.

When changes are made to your subscription the system sends a notification.

Apply a Cupon

Notes:

The coupon may not be valid for the following reasons:

  • Coupon entered is valid for the first-time order.

  • Coupon entered is not eligible for your order.

  • Coupon entered reached the usage limit.

  • Coupon entered is expired.

  • Coupon code entered requires a minimum purchase amount.

  • Coupon entered has already been previously used.

  • Coupon entered is not valid for the subscription.

Remember, only one coupon can be used per transaction.

Cancel Subscription

A screen will be displayed notifying the actions that will occur once the subscription has been canceled.

Select the reason you cancel the subscription and click Cancel Now Button.

Automatically, the subscriptions selected will be cancelled.

The system sends a notification that your subscription has been canceled.

Notes: If the subscription period is over and not renewed due to cancellation, invalid payment methods, or other reasons, the system has the capacity to ensure that team's information will not be erased nor the records will be lost.

Click on the Shopping Cart icon to access the subscription price information window. If you don't have a payment method registered, click to add one and upgrade your team.

To apply a coupon to a subscription, follow the steps for , and then enter the coupon code before checkout in the designated field. Next, fill out the details and click the Apply button. The coupon will be automatically applied to the order.

To cancel any active subscription, click on the cancel icon .
