Movement Type

In the destination section, the enabling of fields depends on the type of movement selected.

  1. For Location Movement type movements:

    • The location field is enabled.

    • In the destination section, the status field is disabled and filled with the same value as the status field in the source section.

  2. For Status Movement type movements:

    • In the destination section, the location field is disabled and filled with the location selected in the source section.

    • The status field is enabled.

    • Both fields in the location and status sections are enabled.

Source Section

Here you can select the quantities or serial numbers from the available options to move.

  1. In the Location field, you'll see all locations with quantities greater than zero that were added from the lot definition; these are filtered by the lot field.

  2. In the Status field, the available quantities are shown divided by status; this is filtered by the lot field and the preceding location field.

Destination Section

Here you can choose where the selected quantities or serial numbers should be transferred to.

  1. Here are all the locations created in location definition, where you can select where to transfer the quantities or serial numbers.

  2. The available statuses for transferring quantities or serials.

Movement Details

In this section, a brief relevant summary of the lot movement is provided.

Non-Serialized Lots

Tips

  • When configuring the record, that has not yet been created, upon selecting a status from the source section, the total available quantity is automatically set as the total quantity to move.

  1. The type selected for the lot movement.

  2. The available quantity based on the status field of the selected source section.

  3. The quantity chosen to move.

  4. The button to edit the quantity to move.

Edit Quantity to be Moved

  1. Button to decrease the quantity.

  2. The quantity to be moved in the lot movement.

  3. Increase the quantity to be moved in the lot movement.

  4. Back button to return to the lot movement form.

Serialized Lots

If the selected lot is tracked by serial, the Lot Serials section will be displayed. Here, you will find the serial numbers available corresponding to the location and status set in the source section.

  1. Checkbox to select or deselect a serial number.

  2. Serial number.

  3. Dates associated with the serial.

Expired Lot

If a lot is expired, a warning message is generated.

If a lot is expired and the movement type is either Status Movement or Location and Status Movement, and the status of the destination section falls within the green statuses, the system will require confirmation before creating the lot movement.
