My Reviews

My Review dashboard shows all action where you are a reviewer.

When the user clicks on the My Reviews tab, they will access a screen displaying actions they have signed (REVIEWED) and those pending review (PENDING). They can switch from the dashboard view to a for easier action management. For additional guidance, the colors associated with each status are indicated by the legend on the left side of the screen.

Tips

  • You can access the investigation action, and investigation request action counters within the same section by selecting the dropdown.

  • The action must have a status of completed or canceled and must be assigned to a user in order to be viewed as pending review or reviewed.

Counters

Statistics of the actions where you are a reviewer. The counter has the following information:

  1. The number of actions that exists under each status.

  2. The percentage that each count represents.

  3. When the status of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.

Action Cards

The displayed cards includes the following information: Action Name, Action Number, Action Type, and the module to which they belong.

Tips

  • The file deletion icon and adding reviewers are not available in My Review or the User Dashboard.

Search Filter

Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.

The counter dashboard offers a range of options to filter records by status. When these options are applied, they will impact each count.

Summary Table

  • Name: This column shows the name of the Action, type of action (Containment, Corrective, Preventive, or Effectiveness) and the status of the action (Done or Canceled).

  • Due Date: This column shows the due date of the action.

  • Status: This column shows the status of the action. (Pending or Reviewed)

Tips

Search filter

Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.

The summary table offers a range of options to filters actions. When these options are applied, they will impact the chart.

Reviewing Action

Notes: Only users with an active license can sign and review action.

Click View Action to access the action and view details. Electronic signature can only be performed if the action appears in the Pending status in My Reviews.

Tips

  • Reviewers can make changes to the status of the action before signing it, if they understand that it has not been completed or needs changes.

  • Even if the reviewers were added after completing the action they will receive an email.

  • If the status changes to In Process or Pending, the system automatically removes the pending review action from the assigned user's dashboard.

  • If the investigation or investigation request has changed the status to under review or above, the reviewed action cannot be editable.

To learn how to review a action, please refer to review management for a quick guide.

The icon is used to view the action. When clicking this icon the system opens a window with action details, allowing you to view attached files and perform your reviewer signature.

To view the dashboard as a summary table click the table icon . The summary table contains the following columns:

icon : To view more detailed information about each action, click on the icon.

To go back to dashboard counter mode click the calculator icon .

When the action is fully reviewed by all reviewers, a green table icon appears next to its name . If the action is not fully reviewed, the icon appears in gray .
