When the user clicks on the My Approvals tab, they will access a screen displaying records they have signed (APPROVED / REJECTED) and those pending approval (PENDING). They can switch from the dashboard view to a for easier document management. For additional guidance, the colors for each status are indicated by the legend in the left of the screen.
Statistics of the record where you are an approver. The counters have the following information:
The number of records that exist under each status.
The percentage that each count represents.
When the status of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.
The displayed card includes the following information: Record Name, Record Number, Revision, Version, and Records Type.
Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.
The counter dashboard offers a range of options to filter records by status. When these options are applied, they will impact each count.

Name: This column shows the record's name, record's ID number, revision ID, version, and the department.
Approval Status: This column shows the status of the document. (Pending, Approved, Rejected).
Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.
The summary table offers a range of options to filters. When these options are applied, they will impact the chart.

Click View Record to access the record and view details. Electronic signature can only be performed if the record appears in the Pending status in My Approvals.
The icon is used to view the record. When clicking this icon the system redirects you to the record.
The icon is used to access the file repository of the record, allowing the feature for compatible files types.
To view the dashboard as a summary table click the table icon . The summary table contains the following columns:
: To access the file repository for the record, click on the icon that allows compatible file types.
: To view more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.
To go back to dashboard counter mode click the calculator icon .
Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you don’t have access to any particular form or its , contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
