📑My Investigations

My Investigation dashboard shows all investigation requests and investigations where you are the owner, as well as incidents you have notified.

When the user clicks on the My Investigation tab, they will access a screen displaying the status of investigations they own. They can switch from the dashboard view to a summary table for easier management. For additional guidance, the colors associated with each status are indicated by the legend on the left side of the screen.

Tips

  • You can access the incident, investigation request and investigation counters within the same section by selecting the dropdown.

Counters

Statistics of the records where you are the owner. The counters have the following information:

  1. The number of records that exist under each status.

  2. The percentage that each count represents.

  3. When the status of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.

Record Cards

The displayed card includes the following information: Record Name, Record Number, Revision (Only for Incidents), Version(Only for Incidents), and Records Type.

  • The icon is used to view the record. When clicking this icon the system redirects you to the record.

  • The icon is used to access the file repository of the record, allowing the view feature for compatible file types.

Search Filters

The Counter dashboard offers a range of options to filter records by status. When these options are applied, they will impact each count.

Summary Table

To view the dashboard as a summary table click the table icon . The summary table contains the following columns:

  • Name: This column shows the record name, and the record ID number.

  • Status: This column shows the status of the records.

  • File repository: To access the file repository for the record, click on the icon that allows viewing compatible file types.

  • External link : To view more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.

To go back to dashboard counter mode click the calculator icon .

Approving Investigation or Investigation Requests

Click View Record to access the record and view details. Electronic signature can only be performed if the record is in Under Review status and you are an approver.
