My Trainings

My Trainings dashboard shows current, completed, or expired trainings required for your position, as well as external trainings that have been requested.

When the user clicks on the My Training tab, they will access a screen displaying the status of the training assigned, required by position, or external training request they have. They can switch from the dashboard view to a for easier training management. For additional guidance, the colors associated with each status are indicated by the legend on the left side of the screen.

Tips

  • Under Trainings Available, you can access a list of all the trainings that are available for your team.

  • If the training is a session learning and you want to learn more, click . If it is self learning and you want to learn more, click .

Counters

Statistics of the trainings required by your position, assigned or external training request. The counters have the following information:

  1. The number of records that exist under each status.

  2. The percentage that each count represents.

  3. When the status of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.

Training Cards

The displayed card includes the following information: Training Name, Training Number, Revision, Version, Evaluation Method, Priority, and Training Type.

Expiring Soon Trainings

Under the Expiring Soon tab, the user will find all Training that are reaching their expiration date..

Tips

  • Trainings appearing in the "Expiring Soon" section will be highlighted in yellow when they have 30 days or fewer left until expiration, and they will be highlighted in red when they have less than 5 days left until expiration.

Search Filters

The Counter dashboard offers a range of options to filter records by status. When these options are applied, they will impact each count.

  • Record Filter

  • Input Value

Summary Table

  • Training: This column shows the training's name, training's ID number, revision, version, training's type, evaluation method, and result. If the training is going to expire soon, the number of days remaining will be shown in the result field.

  • Priority: This column shows the status of the training's priority (Low, Medium, High).

  • Status: This column shows the status of the training. (Pending, In Process, Completed, Expiring Soon, or Expired)

Search Filter

The summary table offers a range of options to filters. When these options are applied, they will impact the chart.

  • Record Filter

  • Input Value

The icon is used to view the training. When clicking this icon the system opens a window with training details, allowing you to view attached files, videos, related documents, and training files.

The icon is used to access the file repository of the record, allowing the feature for compatible file types.

The icon is only displayed when it's a session learning that hasn't been assigned to a session training.

The icon is only displayed when a training is expired.

All expired trainings will be seen in the Expired tab with the count of days it is expired. The expiration date of your training depends on configuration of the Training Frequency, refer to for more detail.

To retake the training, click the Retake Training button . The training will be added to the In Process tab for completion.

To view the dashboard as a summary table click the table icon . The summary table contains the following columns:

: To access the file repository for the record, click on the icon that allows compatible file types.

View Training : To view training details, allowing you to view attached files, videos, related documents, and training files.

Retake Training : To retake the training, click the button. The training will then be added to the In Process tab for completion. Is only displayed when the training is expired.

Request Session : To request a training session, click the button. Is only displayed when it's a session learning that hasn't been assigned to a training session.

To go back to dashboard counter mode click the calculator icon .
