My Actions

The actions dashboard shows all actions assigned to you, enabling you to change their status and keep track of them.

When the user clicks on the My Actions tab, they will access a screen displaying allactions assigned to them. They can switch from the dashboard view to a for easier action management. For additional guidance, the colors associated with each status are indicated by the legend on the left side of the screen.

Tips

  • For actions with past due dates, the status at the bottom will appear in red to indicate the overdue status.

  • To learn more about task statuses click .

Counters

Statistics of the actions where you are assigned. The counter has the following information:

  1. The number of actions that exist under each status.

  2. The percentage that each count represents.

  3. When the status of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status you are viewing.

Action Cards

The displayed cards include the following information: Action Name, Action Number, Action Type, and the module to which they belong.

Notes: Once an action is in the done or canceled status, it cannot be changed back to pending or in process from My Actions.

Tips

  • In order to upload files, the action must be in pending or in process status.

Search Filter

Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.

The counter dashboard offers a range of options to filter records by status. When these options are applied, they will impact each count.

Summary Table

  • Name: This column shows the name of the Action, and type of action (Containment, Corrective, Preventive, or Effectiveness).

  • Due Date: This column shows the due date of the action.

  • Status: This column shows the status of the action. (Pending, In Process, Done, or Canceled)

Tips

  • When the action has a due date, it will display the days remaining in green for more than 30 days, yellow for less than 30 days but more than 5 days, and red for less than 5 days. For done or canceled status, it will only display the date.

Search Filter

Notes: Filters may vary depending on the module you choose.

The summary table offers a range of options to filters actions. When these options are applied, they will impact the chart.

The icon is used to view the action. Clicking this icon opens a window with action details, comments, and the option to change the task's status. To change the task's status, click on the status field, and a dropdown with statuses will appear.

To view the dashboard as a summary table click the table icon . The summary table contains the following columns:

icon : To view more detailed information about each action, click on the icon.

To go back to dashboard counter mode click the calculator icon .

When the action is done and reviewed or does not need revision it displays a green table icon next to its name . If the action is done but not yet reviewed, the icon appears in gray .
