Printing

An issue has been observed in which documents or graphs fail to print or are printed as blank pages on Google Chrome Mobile.

It has been found that Safari PC and mobile devices, Opera, and Chrome mobile, may encounter blocked functions when attempting to view documents, images, or videos in the file repositories or lookup tools of the application. These security measures are put in place to protect and maintain the integrity of the historical records or events in the file repository or lookup.

Two Factor Authentication

In user profile when enable 2FA the system may give this error randomly. Our application uses Inertia.js, a powerful JavaScript framework that enables seamless single-page application (SPA) experiences while working in conjunction with server-side frameworks. However, there is a known issue that some users might encounter, resulting in an error message. This error occurs when certain form submissions require password confirmation, but the expected response from the server does not conform to Inertia.js specifications. Inertia.js relies on specific responses from the server to update the application's interface and display validation errors smoothly, without the need for a full page refresh. When the server returns a plain JSON response without the necessary data and component information, Inertia.js cannot process it correctly, leading to this error.

Solution:

To mitigate this issue, it is recommended that users refresh the page upon encountering this screen. Doing so will allow the page to load properly and enable to access the application as intended. While this may cause a brief delay, it can help to ensure that users are able to make use of the application.

Select Input Freezes Browser with Repeated Letters

The Select input has been identified to have a technical issue whereby it may cause the browser to freeze and crash when a repeated letter is continuously added to it. This issue has been observed across different web browsers.

Solution:

To mitigate this issue, it is recommended to avoid adding the same vowel or consonant more than five times in succession. This will help ensure a stable and seamless user experience when using the Tom Select add-on. We recommend taking this precautionary measure to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your browsing activities.

Blank Screen When Loading Forms

It has been observed that the Safari browser, both on PC and mobile devices, may experience an issue where attempting to enter a form within the application results in a blank screen with the page failing to load.
