When accessing the Investigation Management form, the first screen displayed is the Investigation Overview. This section provides a comprehensive summary of all registered investigations, offering key details in an organized format. The Overview includes the following columns:
Investigation: Displays the Investigation's name, ID number, and department.
Owner: Shows the current owner responsible for the investigation.
Requests: Displays the investigation request number associated with the investigation. You can access the corresponding investigation request by clicking on the icon, which will redirect you to its detailed record.
Indicates the current status of the investigation (e.g., Open, Under Review, Approved, Closed or Canceled).
View Details: Click the to access a detailed view of each record. Click the file repository icon to access the record's File Repository.
The Investigation Management form does not allow the creation of investigations. Instead, investigations are automatically initiated based on the decision made in the investigation request upon approval. For guidance on applying search filters, .
