Counters Dashboard
Notes: Only active users with license, access rights, and privileges to this form can access this information. If you donβt have access to any particular form or its functionalities, contact your company system owner or administrator to request the necessary access and privileges to enter.
Counters
Displays the statistics of Products by Types section, users can view products organized according to the different types. The Lots section offers a detailed classification of lots, dividing them into the categories of Received, Manufactured, Soon to Expire, and Expired, facilitating effective tracking the lot in the system. Additionally, in the Lot Movement section, a comprehensive breakdown of each lot movement status is presented, providing a detailed insight into their trajectory within the system.

Tips
You can access the Product by type, Lots, and Lot Movement counters within the same module section by selecting the dropdown.

Counter has the following information:
The number of records that exist under each status.
The percentage that each count represents.zz
When the status or type of a counter is selected, a blue bar appears underneath, indicating that this is the status or type you are viewing.

Record Cards
Products by type
The displayed card include the following information: Name, Number, Revision, Version, Category, and Creation Date.

Lots
The displayed card include the following information: Lot Number, Product Number, Product Revision, Product Version, Product Name, Lot traceability, and expiration date if applicable.

Lot Movements
The displayed card include the following information: Purpose, Number, Type, and the Start Date of the current status in the system.

Tips
The icon
is used to view the record. When clicking this icon the system redirects you to the record. The icon
is used to view approvals activities of the record in chronological order.
Search Filter
The counters offer a variety of filtering options. When these options are applied, they will affect each count.

Time interval, using parameter such as Days, Months, or Years
Time range
Open the filter window
Clear Search button
Tips
Records are filtered based on their creation date. The time interval parameter (Days, Months, Years, or Quarters) and time range options further refine this filtering process.
