Training by Locations
The purpose of the Training by Locations report is to allow the user to view the progress of the trainings for each location.
Summary Table
After selecting the Training by Locations report, the initial screen displayed is the Trainings by Locations summary table. This table presents a concise list of all registered and active locations, showcasing key information in the following columns:
Location: This column shows the location's name, location's ID number, owner (if listed on the location's record), type, classification, and status (Active
).
Trainings Completed: The Trainings Completed column indicates how many training units have been completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) against the total training units required.
ITP%: This column displays the individual training percent, which is calculated as follows: (Required training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Required training units) * 100.
Eye icon
: To view more detailed information about each record, click on the icon.

Location Trainings Details
Notes: The list of employees displayed consists of employees who hold a location that is associated with the corresponding position, defined in the users & employees record.
When you click on the eye icon , this screen will be presented.

1. Location Information
This section provides information about the location, including its name, ID number, owner (if the owner is listed on the location's record), type, classification and status (Active ). Clicking the location name takes you to the Location form, accessible only to active users with the necessary access rights and privileges, allowing you to view detailed information about the location.
2. Individual Training Percent
This section display the location's individual training completion percent, which is calculated as follows: (Training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Training units required) * 100
3. Employees and Employee Trainings Tabs
You can view training progress for employees with a location associated with the position or by the training these users require.
Employees Tab
When you select the employees tab, the system displays a list of employees whose locations are associated with their positions and their training progress. The summary table contains the following columns:
Employee: This column displays the user's name, email, phone number, position, and status (Active
). The phone number and/or position will be displayed if they have been identified in the employee's record.
Trainings Completed: This column indicates how many training units have been completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) against the total training units required.
ITP% (Individual Training Percent): This column displays the user's individual training percent, which is calculated as follows: (Required training units completed with a satisfactory result (Pass) / Required training units) * 100

Employee Trainings Tab
When you select the employee training tab, the system displays a list of required training programs for employees in the location, but these programs may not necessarily be specific to the location. The summary table contains the following columns:
Training: This column shows the training's name, training's ID number, revision ID, version, department, training's type and status (Active
).
Classification: This column displays the training's classification as identified in the training record.
Trained Employees: This column shows the total number of users trained against the total number of users requiring training.
ITP% (Individual Training Percent): This column shows the training's individual training percent, which is calculated as follows: (employees trained / employees requiring training) * 100.

Print, Export, & Audit Trail Activity
To print or export a summary table, click the vertical ellipsis icon . A drop-down menu will appear with options to print or export the record. For more information about the icon's meaning or function, click here.
